Egypt Egypt, officially the Arab Republic of Egypt, is a country in North Africa that includes the Sinai Peninsula, a land bridge to Asia. Covering an area of about 1,001,450 square kilometers (386,660 sq mi), Egypt borders Libya to the west, Sudan to the south and the Gaza Strip and Israel to the east. The northern coast borders the Mediterranean Sea; the eastern coast borders the Red Sea. Egypt is one of the most populous countries in Africa. The great majority of its estimated 80 million people (2007) live near the banks of the Nile River, in an area of about 40,000 square kilometers (15,000 sq mi), where the only arable agricultural land is found. The large areas of the Sahara Desert are sparsely inhabited. Base 13 Base 13 is a special branch of the United States Special Forces, mainly dealing with the threat of 'Crimes of the Unnatural'. To keep up with the growing number of crimes involving Witchcraft, Lycanthropy, and other more than human threats, they have been developing Super Soldiers. Working to develop programs of eugenics, genetic engineering, cybernetic implants, drugs, brainwashing, Magickal Study and practice, and extreme training regime, they try to perfect their soldiers to handle the more extreme criminals.
To keep a low profile, and stay off the radar of the very creatures they take down, Not much is known about Base 13. It's all highly classified.
The officer in charge of this facility is Colonel Roy Shelby. The Colonel was one of the first the military had that looked for alternative ways to deal with the threats emerging from super-natural sources, and pushed the military 13 to step up to it, resulting in Base 13. He drives the program, and manages it all.
They have access to experimental military weapondry and resources on the Occult/Supernatural. Moderators: Fatalia, Demos, Angel

Numerous archipelagos are part of the Brazilian territory, such as Penedos de São Pedro e São Paulo, Fernando de Noronha, Trindade and Martim Vaz and Atol das Rocas. L' Marquis De Sade An exclusive nightclub hidden in the old quarter of Rome, this establishment was named for the legendary French sadist and philosopher. Appropiatly, De Sade is an unusual, ecclectic mix, incorporating a leather club in the basement, as well as a dance floor, resteraunt, and bar on the ground level, and then an exclusive and very expensive brothel on the second floor. It is also owned by Demos, who takes the upper two floors of the establishment as his residence and occaisionally dines on some of the more beautiful clients. It goes almost without saying that this club can neither be found, nor accessed without proper invitation. No vice is prohibited within the premises.
Invitations come in the form of a flat black buisness card, embossed with an intricate, but seemingly inexplicable symbol. These runes provide direction to the club, but only to the one they are meant for. Each guest of the club receives a card, and must pass it on after three uses to another. Only a select few are chosen for permanent VIP status, and these are chosen by Demos himself. Moderators: Fatalia, Demos, Angel

The Library The Library was first created in an open field in western Austria in the early 1300's. Since it's sudden creation, it has stood through the annauls of time, and succeeded the Habsburgs, the Austro-Prussian War, and the Third Reich. Throughout it's time, the Library has obtained a vast number of books and ancient artifacts from around the world. Though it has yet to be cataloged, it is rumored that the collection is larger than the contents of the Louve, the Uffizi, and the Vatican combined. Many of the items in the collection either hold incredible importance or power and dangerous knowlege. It also houses a vast collection that is open to the public. Above the entrance way, there is an inscription that reads "Penetro totus qui peto scientia," which translated from Latin means "Enter all those who seek knowledge." The Library and it's containts are guarded by Dennis, the Librarian. Moderators: Fatalia, Demos, Angel

Australia The Commonwealth of Australia is a country in the southern hemisphere comprising the mainland of the world's smallest continent, the major island of Tasmania, and a number of other islands in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. The neighbouring countries are Indonesia, East Timor, and Papua New Guinea to the north, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and New Caledonia to the north-east, and New Zealand to the south-east. The Australian mainland has been inhabited for more than 42,000 years by Indigenous Australians. After sporadic visits by fishermen from the north and then European discovery by Dutch explorers in 1606, the eastern half of Australia was later claimed by the British in 1770 and initially settled through penal transportation as part of the colony of New South Wales, commencing on 26 January 1788. As the population grew and new areas were explored, another five largely self-governing Crown Colonies were established during the 19th century. On 1 January 1901, the six colonies became a federation, and the Commonwealth of Australia was formed. Since federation, Australia has maintained a stable liberal democratic political system and remains a Commonwealth realm. The capital city is Canberra, located in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). The population is just over 21 million, with approximately 60% of the population concentrated in and around the mainland state capitals of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.
